Howard County Spring is Here! After a very cold snowy winter, spring has sprung. Home sales are moving and inventory is very low. This is good news for sellers, not good news for buyers. Prices are going up. Interest rates are still very low and getting a mortgage is much easier. Howard County is still one of the most requested areas to live in.
